Good Food Oxfordshire is hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead our mission for a fair, healthy, and sustainable food system across the county. This is a pivotal role for an experienced and passionate leader. You'll drive our strategic vision, lead our team, and build key partnerships to make good food accessible for everyone. This can be a full-time or part-time role (0.6 FTE), with a flexible hybrid working arrangement based in Oxford. Salary: ~£50,000 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and empowering our small, passionate team.
- Shaping and delivering our long-term strategy.
- Driving income generation and raising our profile.
- Providing strategic oversight of flagship projects like OxFarmToFork.
- Nurturing relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders.
